JOB BRIEF:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead the operations of our premiere members-only Health Boutique. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of our store, providing our members with an exceptional experience.
The perfect candidate will have a proven track record as a store manager and possess a well-rounded knowledge in various business areas, including sales and marketing. Your objective will be to strategically manage our store, driving revenue growth and fostering business development.

Retail Manager
- Conduct open or close procedure.
- Understand and explain benefits and technical terms for products offered.
- Understand and explain membership cost and benefits.
- Manage the therapy beds & common areas in a professional manner and keep spaces clean and well-lit.
- Help navigate clients to either web or app portal.
- Keep a log of recommended changes to store procedures based on personal experience and client interaction.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Hours (2 Full Time Shifts per day)
- 6a to 1:30p
- 1:30p to 9p
- Mon-Sat
- Closed Sun
$18.5-$20.0/hour
Overtime (Over 40 hrs.) at 1.5x base salary
